Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults using the ALGEE Action Plan. (Must be at least 18 years of age and own legal guardian)

- How to interact with an individual in crisis

- Expanded content on trauma, substance use, and self-care

All materials will be provided to you during this training. You will be required to complete pre-work online prior to the virtual training, along with post-work after the virtual training. Upon completion you will receive a 3-year certification in Mental Health First Aid and be our next First Aider!
