Multilingual mental health practice offering virtual mental health services for adults ages 18 and up who are struggling with severe symptoms of anxiety, depression, stressors, life transitions and perinatal mental health, and complex trauma. EMDR services provided. We currently offer services in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole. 

We offer social services, such as, companionship services (as Direct Support Professionals) for disabled and elderly persons, dementia patients in the NJ DDD Program; and traditional mental health for all individuals.

Hope Therapeutic Services Growing with Grief Peer Support Group explores experiences related to Grief and Loss of all kinds. This group is a virtual 8-week session and is open to adults impacted by any form of grief and loss.

High Focus Centers offers intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs for children, adolescents, and adults struggling with mental health, co-occurring, and substance use disorders. NJ residents can access treatment in-person, hybrid, or fully virtual at our seven locations.

Music Therapy Services of Central New Jersey provides clinical music therapy services in Mercer, Middlesex, Burlington, and Monmouth counties. Individual home-based services, groups, teletherapy, professional development workshops, and in-services are available.

Mercer Counseling Services provides in person and teletherapy to Adolescents and Young Adults with depression, anxiety, and/or chronic illness.

PROUDLY Me! is a free education and support program to help the transgender and non-binary confirming community members by creating a safe space of learning through peer support and resources. The sessions are hosted in a caring and understanding environment to discuss all available resources for the transgender community.

Me Time / Tiempo Para Mi -  Is a (Spanish Only) Women's Support Group/ Parenting Group whose main purpose is to show women that there are others going through similar struggles.

The JRFCHC Behavioral Health Department offers services in mental health consultations and counseling, utilizing the PHQ Depression screening.

The Jewish Renaissance Foundation strives to overcome poverty and hopelessness throughout Middlesex County. We believe in changing lives by creating hope and self-sufficiency, and we succeed by providing individuals, children and families with essential health and human services, community development and youth programs.

Family Success Centers (FSC) are community-based, family centered neighborhood gathering places where any resident of Middlesex County can go for support, information, and services—with parent leadership at its center. All services are free and confidential.

AmeriCorps, is a community-based, service learning initiative that will recruit, train, and place Members in agencies throughout Middlesex, Bergen, Essex, Union, and Monmouth counties, improving the quality of education and community assistance programs.
