Caring Contact is an award-winning, volunteer-staffed crisis hotline and listening community. We provide active listening support and best-in-class education to the central and northern New Jersey community. We attentively and compassionately serve those in emotional distress and educate our communities about the power of personal connection.  

We have been helping those in crisis since 1975. We’re here to listen when people may not be sure where to turn. We provide a listening community through our caring and crisis phone lines. In 2017, we answered more than 10,000 calls and in 2018 we answered almost 11,000 calls.
