Individual Therapy
During individual therapy, one of our licensed counselors will sit down with you one-on-one. This comfortable environment allows you to build a relationship with your therapist and work together to address your mental health-related issues.

Autism Play Therapy
Autism play therapy is used for children with Autism. During this type of therapy service, our counselors help children communicate their needs, strategize, cooperate, and interpret situations, among other positive thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.

Group Therapy
Group Therapy is a therapy session that’s done with other people. This environment allows you to receive support and encouragement from others who are experiencing similar mental health issues.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive-behavioral therapy works to help our clients acknowledge the negative thoughts that influence behavior. During this “talk therapy” our mental health therapists will help you develop positive thought patterns and related behavior.
