Hackensack Meridian Hospice is a not-for-profit organization which provides a special type of care to those suffering from a life-limiting illness in a variety of care settings including at home, in facilities, or in the hospital.

We are one of the longest-running hospice programs in the region. Our longevity reflects HM Hospice's excellent and sensitive care to terminally ill patients including Veterans and individuals of diverse orientations, backgrounds, financial status and diagnoses.

Volunteers enable HM Hospice to provide care with the highest degree of compassion and quality. Their gift of time and talent are important to the fulfillment of our mission.
