Practical Insights LLC is a small private practice located in central New Jersey. The therapists at Practical Insights, LLC have experience working with adolescents, families and groups.  We are committed to helping children, adolescents, and families grow and learn through interactive therapy. Each therapist has a unique approach to assisting clients with specific needs.  Erin's style blends traditional cognitive behavioral therapy with unique interventions including animal assisted therapy and experiential learning, while Matthew's approach blends adventure and game based techniques with traditional cognitive behavioral therapy.  In addition, as opposed to a traditional office setting, therapists will meet with you in your own home in an effort to both assist in real-time with any familial strife, as well as provide a setting in which the client is most comfortable.
