At the YMCA, we are for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Our 144 Tices Lane, East Brunswick facility has a state-of-the-art fitness center, offering membership and wellness programs including personal training and group exercise classes.

A state-licensed child care facility, we provide child care and youth programs in the great tradition of the YMCA, including preschool, after-school care and school-age child care, infant and toddler daycare, summer camp, day camp, swim lessons, swim team, youth sports, and more.

Summer Camp
The YMCA camp experience provides children with an opportunity to make new friends, learn new skills, develop their character, and build their self-esteem while feeling safe and accepted.
