Rebuild Therapy and Treatment Services LLC (Rebuild) is committed to providing quality in-home therapeutic supports and services to families in Hunterdon, Somerset, Middlesex, and Warren Counties. Rebuild strives to utilize the most qualified, empathetic, and compassionate clinicians to provide quality treatment in a home and community setting. 

Rebuild has a team of clinicians with extensive experience in various treatment settings. Our clinicians have been employed in psychiatric screening centers, hospitals, Emergency rooms, therapeutic schools, family and in-home therapy in the community, supportive housing agencies, partial programs, and a multitude of other clinically therapeutic programs. The clinicians that are employed with Rebuild are attentive, dependable, communicative, and apply their clinical judgment to all situations.

Eligibility	In order for families to get therapeutic services with Rebuild, families must get an authorization by calling PerformCare, being linked to Children's Mobile Services, and being authorized to work with one of our skilled clinicians.
