Early Intervention Support Services (EISS) is a short-term, crisis mental healthcare treatment program that provides therapy and medication consultation and management for 30 days. Clients are provided with resources and linkage to appropriate treatment following program participation. Clients can meet with a trained psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse within 24-48 hours for consultation and medication prescriptions. Same-day appointments can be accommodated. Services are offered both in-person and virtually.

EISS exists to assist clients to address mental health challenges and avoid hospitalization.
