Jessica O' Gara-Mankowski, LCSW is the Clinical Director in Shaping Lives Health and Wellness, LLC with over 17 years experience working in the field. Shaping Lives Health and Wellness provides Intensive In-Community (IIC) and Behavioral Assistance (BA) services to youth enrolled in the NJ Children’s System of Care. We also offer outpatient service stop youth and families. Biopsychosocial Assessments can be completed statewide.
Shaping Lives Health and Wellness accepts all major insurance carriers. We can provide a sliding scale for self-paying families based on income
