For all homeless Essex County residents
Initial service needs evaluation including substance abuse screenings
Mental Health Assessment, including a social history and clinical assessment
Psychiatric evaluation, when indicated
Psychological assessment, when indicated and ordered by a physician
Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) developed, implemented and modified with the active participation of the person served
Psychiatric Treatment Services
Individual counseling and psychotherapy
Family/couples counseling and psychotherapy
Group counseling and/or psychotherapy
Psychotropic medication and medication administration and monitoring
Counseling for medication maintenance and self medication training
Substance Abuse Treatment
Evaluation/assessment
Alcohol and other drug educational groups
Group counseling
Individualized treatment planning
Individual counseling sessions
Family Educational Groups
Discharge/Transition planning
Relapse Prevention
Access to a variety of resources, including multicultural resources
Introduction to 12 Step recovery principles and self-help groups
Drug screens when required
Coordination with physician, therapist, Employee Assistant Program (EAP), Managed Care Organization (MCO), Veterans Administration (VA) unions and/or employers
Client Centered Services
Consultation with other providers
Referral , follow-up, and coordination of services with other providers: (i.e.) Office of Mental Health; (OMH); Department of Homeless Services, (DHS), Office of Rehabilitation Services, (ORS), Public Aid, (PA), Social Security Administration. (SSA), Veterans Administration, (VA). We will also be in collaborative partnerships with other Essex County substance abuse and health care centers and programs

In addition, The Restoration Center, Inc. Bus Company offers luxury coaches that are available for all occasions and destinations. Our radio station offers quality Gospel Music to our listeners who are free to call in and pledge their support to keep gospel music alive in the Newark area.
